1. Prices ar ex-godown,Taxes applicable extra.
2. Prices are subject to change without any notice.
3. 50% payment as advance against our quotation/pro-forma & remaining 50% payment on the date of delivery.
4. No responsibility for damage during transit.
5. G.S.T Registration No. if any must be mentioned on the order,otherwise 10% extra tax will be charged.
6. Parcel booking station must be mentioned clearly in the order.
7. All disputes shall subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction.
8. Packing,Freight,Insurance,Forwarding Expenses will be charged extra.
9. Port of Destination must be clearly mentioned in the order.
10. The Bank Draft should be drawn in the name of "Naskar & Co."
